Gaurav founded Ascendra Advisors to solve a problem he had lived through many times: emerging developers with strong fundamentals often struggle to access capital that fits their real-world operating dynamics.
Across a 15+ year career at EY, InMobi, WeWork, Scaler, and HealthifyMe, Gaurav raised over $55M in equity and $100M+ in debt — structuring capital across some of India's most iconic high-growth companies. He now brings that discipline, network, and operator empathy to Indian real estate.
